Returns and Refunds

Bygg Enkelt AS sells digital products, mainly building plans and build guides in PDF format. No physical product is shipped.

Digital products are delivered electronically shortly after payment has been completed.

Right to cancel for digital products

When purchasing digital content that is supplied before the end of the standard cancellation period, the right to cancel may be lost once delivery begins.

This requires the customer, before delivery, to expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning before the cancellation period has expired and to acknowledge that they will therefore lose their right to cancel.

Once these conditions have been met and delivery of the digital product has begun, the purchase will normally not be eligible for a refund on the basis of the right to cancel.

Errors or defects

If you do not receive the product, the download link does not work, or the file contains an error or defect, please contact us at salg@byggenkelt.no.

We will then attempt to correct the issue or provide the product again.

This policy does not limit the customer’s statutory rights in the event of errors or defects in the product.
